Raised in Savannah, Heather Capallo brings a true local’s perspective to every client she serves. A proud graduate of the UGA Honors College and Terry College of Business, she earned her Finance degree magna cum laude in 2000 before building a career in retail and private banking. After stepping away from the corporate world to focus on her family, Heather found her calling in real estate and has been helping clients navigate the Lowcountry market since 2014.

Over the past decade, Heather has closed nearly $50 million in total sales, including more than $17 million in 2024 and 2025 alone. Her consistent performance placed her in the Top 10 BHHS Bay Street Realty Group Georgia agents for both years, a reflection of her dedication, market knowledge, and client-first approach.

Heather has a special love for the coastal lifestyle, historic homes, and the art of preservation, passions that shine through in the properties she represents and the guidance she offers. Whether she’s boating around the islands, exploring Savannah’s storied neighborhoods, or cheering on her beloved Georgia Bulldogs, Heather brings warmth, authenticity, and deep community roots to everything she does.

Married to her husband Dave for 25 years, Heather is a proud mom of two daughters. She believes real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and helping families find the place where their own stories can unfold.
