About Kimberly
Kimberly Miltiades began her real estate career in 2006 when she became a licensed Realtor and a member of the Savannah Area Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. With years of experience in commercial and land development, as well as property management for Gulfstream Aerospace, Kimberly transitioned to full-time real estate advising in 2015.
Today, Kimberly focuses primarily on investments and residential properties in Savannah, the surrounding islands, Midtown, Ardsley Park, Pooler, and Effingham County. A Savannah native, she combines her deep knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods with a passion for helping her clients find the perfect home and lifestyle. Known for her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, Kimberly works tirelessly to make every transaction smooth and enjoyable for her clients.
In addition to her work as a Realtor, Kimberly has spent the past year contributing her expertise at the Board of Realtors. Her focus has been on supporting private property rights through collaboration with local government officials and coordinating continuing education classes for organization members by working with instructors.
Kimberly has served as a Voting Director of Savannah Area Realtors from 2020 to 2024 and has been a proud member of the Distinguished Sales Society since 2017. Her commitment to professional growth and staying current with real estate trends, legal updates, and the local economy ensures her clients receive informed and effective guidance.
Beyond real estate, Kimberly is passionate about giving back to her community. She actively supports local animal rescue organizations, food banks, and nonprofits serving the homeless. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, whether boating around Tybee Island, biking, or enjoying Savannah’s beaches and historic charm. Kimberly also has a keen interest in Savannah’s architecture and history, which further fuels her passion for the city she calls home.
